Manuel and Cindy Batres - Guatemala Church of the Nazarene 10000 NW 17th St. #102 Miami, FL 33172 Email: mbatres@aol.com Manuel and Cindy are intern missionaries to the MAC Region. They began their field assignment in the spring of 2004. Manuel and Cindy Batres have lived twenty-five years in Xenia, Ohio. Manuel is originally from Guatemala.  Before their missionary assignment, Manuel was a full-time soccer trainer/coach and Cindy was a Spanish teacher at Xenia High School. Both Manuel and Cindy have been on many Work and Witness trips. Manuel shares some of God’s truths through some amazing stories from his W&W trips, while Cindy asserts the faithfulness of God by relating their own story of how God still calls at the age of “forty-something.” They have two grown daughters: Missy and Myra.
